The Teller Terminal Module (TTM) integrates teller and
platform terminals to ITI's Premier system. TTM provides
the information to improve customer service and make a broad
range of financial services available to customers.
Teller terminals can be used for account inquiry, receipt
printing, transaction entry, and memoposting. Optionally,
ITI's Teller Terminal Module interfaces directly to the
on-line Signature Management Module (SMM). Premier Teller
terminals interface directly to the Currency Transaction
System (CTS).
PC-based platform terminals combine teller terminal
functions with new account maintenance and cross-selling to
enhance customer service and performance tracking.
Cross-selling is integrated into the new account process
through a series of informational displays. Platform systems
also allow high quality form and letter generation.
