The Platform Transfer Module (PTM) quickly and effortlessly
assimilates account information from account origination or
compliance systems into the Premier system. The manual
effort required to re-enter new account information in Premier is eliminated.
Loan and Deposit accounts are automatically established
and, if necessary, are accompanied by portfolio, line, and
addenda information.
If a portfolio already exists, new accounts are
automatically attached to an existing portfolio. New loans
with a line are automatically attached to an existing line.
Information transferred from origination systems includes:
- Portfolio customer information
- Line information
- Note codes, payment schedules, scheduled rate, payment
and escrow changes, charges, deferred fees and costs, status
information and note renewals
- Note cosigner, collateral and tickler addendas
- Service charges, maintenance fees, and statement cycles.
