A full range of reporting functions and features is available, including fiscal and calendar year reporting. FMS provides over eighty report formats for operational control, institution management, and asset and liability analysis. FMS also offers the flexibility of user designed reports.

Additional Features

• Automatic and Manual Descriptions - FMS attaches client-defined descriptions for a range of transaction codes, or unique descriptions may be entered.
• Budget Control - Budgets can be entered as an annual figure for even distribution over twelve months, in quarterly figures for three month distribution, or in twelve monthly budget figures.
• Projected Budgets - FMS allows budget projection for the next fiscal budget based on multiple criteria. These projections can be adjusted and then transferred to the current fiscal budget.
• Holding Company Consolidation - Multiple institutions can be combined to generate holding company reports.
• Security Controls - FMS offers complete control over access to account information.
• Recurring Transactions - Future transactions and recurring transactions can be held by FMS for automatic posting on a designated transaction date.
• Historical Information - Three years of account history is maintained for analyzing debit and credit trends, as well as average and end-of-month balances.
