The Check Image Processing Module (CIP) is a complete check management system that captures checks and stores electronic images in place of the physical items themselves. CIP utilizes the latest in imaging technology to streamline research, enhance productivity, and reduce mailing costs.

Images of checks are stored electronically until they are automatically retrieved for statement production. Customers receive an 8 ½" x 11" image statement, which includes a specially designed first page, and features images of cancelled checks, rather than the actual checks.

The high quality duplicates are printed in check number sequence for convenience in balancing. A simple three-ring binder makes it easy for the customer to store a year's worth of statements and is particularly convenient when preparing tax returns.
